章双，女，1986年生，博士，教授，博士生导师，广东海洋大学南海青年学者，广东海洋大学优秀青年骨干教师。2012年毕业于中山大学，主要从事水产动物营养与免疫相关的教学和科研工作。担任水产养殖专业本科生及硕士研究生《水产动物营养学》课程的教学工作，并指导本科生实习及毕业论文。近5年主持各类项目共10余项，其中国家自然科学基金2项、国家重点研发计划“蓝色粮仓科技创新”重点专项子课题1项，广东省自然科学基金3项、广东普通高校青年创新人才项目1项。现已以第一或通讯作者身份发表学术论文30余篇，其中SCI收录19篇。
