
章双,女,1986年生,博士,教授,博士生导师,广东海洋大学南海青年学者,广东海洋大学优秀青年骨干教师,主要从事水产动物营养与免疫相关教学和科研工作。承担水产养殖专业本科生《水产动物营养学》及硕士研究生《水产动物营养研究方法》课程的教学工作,并指导本科生实习及毕业论文。一直以华南地区主养品种凡纳滨对虾和石斑鱼为研究对象,围绕蛋白质资源的开发和应用、先天性免疫防御机理研究和病害免疫防控技术开发等方面开展研究工作。近年来主持各类项目共10余项,其中国家自然科学基金面上项目2项、青年基金1项,国家重点研发计划重点专项子课题2项,广东省自然科学基金4项,广东省教育厅重点领域专项和创新人才项目各1项;以第一或通讯作者身份发表学术60余篇,其中SCI收录52篇;授权国家发明专利3项;获广东省科技进步二等奖和海洋科学技术一等奖各1项;2022-2023年连续两年入选全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单,入选2024年中国知网高被引学者Top5%。
