章双,女,1986年生,博士,教授,博士生导师,广东海洋大学南海青年学者,广东海洋大学优秀青年骨干教师。2012年毕业于中山大学,主要从事水产动物营养与免疫相关的教学和科研工作。担任水产养殖专业本科生及硕士研究生《水产动物营养学》课程的教学工作,并指导本科生实习及毕业论文。近5年主持各类项目共10余项,其中国家自然科学基金2项、国家重点研发计划“蓝色粮仓科技创新”重点专项子课题1项,广东省自然科学基金3项、广东普通高校青年创新人才项目1项。现已以第一或通讯作者身份发表学术论文30余篇,其中SCI收录19篇。

(1) 国家自然科学基金-面上项目: CpG ODN通过调控PI3K/AKT信号通路介导的糖代谢诱导对虾训练免疫的作用机制,2021.01-2024.1258万元。

(2) 国家重点研发计划“蓝色粮仓科技创新”重点专项子课题:循环水养殖(凡纳滨对虾)中利用新蛋白源的营养精准调控技术,2019.11-2022.1280万元。

(3) 国家自然科学基金-青年基金: 凡纳滨对虾GSK3β介导NFκB调控WSSV基因表达及复制的分子机制,2018.01-2020.1225万元。
