开展海水鱼类生长发育与代谢调控、鱼类养殖与遗传育种等研究工作。在基础研究方面,探讨海水鱼类早期生长发育的调控机制及其应对环境变化的响应机制;在应用基础研究方面,挖掘、鉴定和开发鱼类种质资源信息,研发海水鱼类分子标记辅助育种等技术。
