主要从事水产动物营养与免疫相关教学和科研工作。一直以华南地区主养品种凡纳滨对虾和石斑鱼为研究对象,围绕蛋白质资源的开发和应用、先天性免疫防御机理研究和病害免疫防控技术开发等方面开展研究工作。
