主要从事贝类繁殖生物学研究,以牡蛎为核心研究对象,重点围绕两方面展开:一是解析牡蛎配子发生分子机制与生理调控,探究细胞分子特征、环境因子影响及配子成熟分子基础;二是挖掘牡蛎繁殖相关功能基因,通过多技术验证其分子机制,并探索其在分子辅助育种、资源保护中的应用价值,同时适度关注贝类繁殖机制共性规律,为相关理论与实践提供支撑。
